Darlong Language

 Darlong

Darlong is used in two forms, i.e., both 'ethnonym' and 'glossonym' which means it is a name of a tribe as well as a name of the language spoken by the tribe itself. The Darlong language is specifically spoken by the tribes, also spoken by some of the Kuki-Chin-Zo tribes.

The Darlong tribe is recognized or incorporated under the Kuki Community in Tripura, where Kuki is an umbrella term which includes number of Kuki-Chin-Zo tribes who shared linguistics and cultural affinities.

The Darlong people of Tripura mainly inhabited in the District of North Tripura, Unakoti, Dhalai, also many students and officers lived in the main city ie Agartala.

For any tribe/s, language/s is the main component or the most important one which every tribe/s need to preserved. And also their cultures, traditions, mysticism, rites, tales, because if we don't talk about it, who'll talk about it? If we don't write, who'll write it? It is our prime accountability to preserved our languages, cultures, traditions etal.

As different people have different way of narrating/narrations, we also must read/study from a different perspectives rather ending up in discussing the way how others read.
